The Plant Handle was invented by a truck driver who was tired of unloading endless plants day in and day out. This particular Truck Driver hauled over 1500 potted plants at one time, all loaded on the floor of the truck bed, which unfortunately he had to unload. On one particular trip out west into the heart of plant-country this lucky truck driver was scheduled for seven stops on the west coast, delivering over 1500 plants to nurseries of all sizes. After two stops of repetitive motion consisting of bend, grab, grip, repeat; this particular truck
driver was tired, sore, and quite fed up with plants as we know it. With his back aching and forearms burning he knew there had to be a way to make this easier. Stop after stop this truck driver asked the other workers, ìisnít there a handle that you can pick these plants up
with?î each time this question was asked, the same response was given I WISH! followed by a couple hopeful yet inspiring chuckles. At that second the truck driver was inspired with an idea that would help nursery workers everywhere… After a rough prototype made from
